Process

Reviewed all existing eLearning content and internal LMS materials to understand the content and structure, identifying opportunities to improve clarity and visual engagement.

Designed motion-graphic presentations and slide layouts, primarily using Microsoft PowerPoint, producing multiple options for each slide. Worked strictly within BlackRock’s approved brand guidelines, ensuring readability and visual consistency. Iteratively refined animations and timing based on feedback from Kerry LaCoste and stakeholders. Deliverables were prepared for seamless voiceover integration.
